Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement and optimize predictive and preventive maintenance strategies and reliability best practices at the plant.
  • Provide CMMS training to end users, following Maximo SOP.
  • Maintain and improve electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance systems to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Analyze downtime data to identify trends and root causes of failures.
  • Facilitate RCM and FMECA assessments to prioritize and address critical failure modes.
  • Assess spare parts inventory to support maintenance strategies.
  • Evaluate new technologies and inspection procedures for equipment.
  • Perform other related reliability and maintenance tasks.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Reliability)
  • 3+ years in process manufacturing or industrial equipment design, preferably with maintenance experience
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and CMMS
  • Strong problem-solving skills using various methodologies
  • Experience with plant planning, scheduling, and shutdown procedures
  • Willingness to travel within North America for training and support
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with initiative and leadership qualities
