We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of mental health needs, and the ability to provide effective counseling services to a diverse client population.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health and emotional issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Offer crisis intervention as needed and connect clients to appropriate resources.
• Advocate for clients' needs and assist in navigating community resources and social services.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in Illinois.
• Proven experience in clinical social work, with strong therapeutic skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.

• Experience with specific populations such as children, families, or individuals with substance abuse issues.
