Job Summary: Performs a wide range of tech and administrative support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. Transports patients to/from therapy and coordinates with nursing/CNAs. Assists therapists in the gym and with setting up group therapy treatments. Maintains a clean and organized therapy gym. This is an active, on-your-feet role focused on patient movement and direct support.
Responsibilities:
- Transport patients to/from therapy sessions and coordinate with nursing/CNA staff.
- Assist therapists in setting up group therapy treatments and manage gym equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy gym environment.
- Perform a wide range of tech and administrative support activities.
Qualifications:
- High school education with other applicable training and experience preferred.
- Must possess strong communication and coordination skills.
Clinical
Experience:
- Prior experience as a CNA or support tech in a medical related field is preferred.
- Computer knowledge and experience is required.
