We are seeking a Clinical Manager to coordinate the Pathways Case Management Team, which provides wrap‑around case management and referrals for youth with complex mental health needs. The role involves supporting the team, establishing community partnerships, delivering addiction and/or mental health treatment services, and ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate the case management team and ensure seamless service delivery to clients and families.
- Develop and maintain community partnerships to support client treatment goals.
- Participate in the delivery of addiction and/or mental health treatment services and facilitate integration into daily living.
- Supervise assigned staff, including orientation, training, supervisory meetings, scheduled evaluations, and disciplinary interventions.
- Manage client service records in compliance with regulations.
- Provide training on EHR systems and serve as a trainer.
- Engage in on‑call responsibilities as scheduled.
- Present workshops and training to clients, families, staff, and community groups.
- Assist in treatment plan and assessment creation.
- Offer consultation to treatment team members to ensure client care needs are met.
- Identify and develop community treatment partners.
- Maintain communication and collaboration with community treatment providers.
- Provide case management and group coverage as needed.
- Ensure firm referrals with dates and times are established.
- Act as point person when assigned.
- Represent the department in PI committees and related initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Conduct and law.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Serve as a role model for staff, clients, and customers.
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Must qualify as a QMHP as defined by the Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Proficiency in electronic healthcare records (EHR) documentation.
- Ability to complete documentation within required time frames.
- Familiarity with psychotropic medications and ability to identify adverse effects.
- Knowledge of state and county contracts and monthly reporting.
- Experience serving as a member of the department and participating in all team meetings.
- Base Pay:
Bachelors $27.20, Masters $31.03 per hour (plus eligibility for up to 10% incentive based on KPI achievement). - Professional Certification: $1,500 annually.
- Clinical Licensure: $1,800 – $5,000 annually.
- 8‑hour shifts, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
