ResponsibilitiesUnder minimal direction, this position implements, optimizes, and supports Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, ensuring seamless clinical and administrative operations. The analyst collaborates with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to assess needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient workflows. Independent responsibility, discretion, and decision‑making on critical tasks are required, with minimal oversight. The role prioritizes tasks, manages time efficiently, and consistently meets deadlines.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of experience working with Epic and/or Meditech EHR systems.
- Proven track record of implementing and optimizing EHR systems.
- Experience in healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and administrative processes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clinical staff and IT teams.
- Experience in system configuration, data integration, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Understanding of hospital business operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of IT applications in the practicing healthcare environment.
- Open to travel when required.
- Epic proficiency in at least one module (e.g., Clin Doc, Ambulatory, Orders).
- Meditech proficiency.

Estimated wages range from $58,240 to $87,000 annually;
final compensation will consider skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
