Our Home is seeking a Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd Shift to supervise and coordinate activities of up to 50 employees in snack food plant operations. The role will communicate operations schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure safety, production, and quality meet specifications. Regular schedule is 2nd Shift (4:00 p.m.
to 2:00 a.m. Mon-Thurs.). You will coach staff on safe production, support adherence to schedules, lean initiatives, and safety programs.
