About the Position: Travel Nurse Source  is working with AMN Healthcare to find a qualified Telemetry RN for Kankakee, IL. You will care for patients with a wide range of conditions, including complex cases. This unit constantly monitors vital signs and cardiac activity of patients recovering from heart conditions or cardiac surgery. The right candidate will work in a challenging, positive, and innovative telemetry environment at a highly regarded facility.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage patients' vital signs and cardiac activity using specialized telemetry equipment.
• Provide nursing care to patients recovering from heart conditions or cardiac surgery.
• Maintain documentation and care plans in accordance with facility policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse, Telemetry
• Licensed RN in Illinois (RN-IL)
• Certified in BLS and ACLS
• Social Security Number available
• Date of Birth available
• One reference from employment history
• License in hand during assignment
