RN - Pediatric Nurse

All Ways Caring Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to clients in the comfort of their home environment.

• Provides skilled nursing care per Physician Orders and Plan of Care
• Documents nursing actions and informs physicians and families
• Administers and monitors medication per physician instructions
• Conducts nursing assessment visits as needed
• Follows policies and procedures, state and regulatory standards
• Completes supervisory visits to ensure compliance and review of care plans
• Implements nursing support in home setting
• Collaborates with Director or Nursing Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to address health needs
• Participates in staff meetings, in‑services and other meetings as needed
• Ensures compliance with physicians’ verbal orders and medical reports

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• At least one year of nursing experience preferred
• Current and unrestricted state nursing license
• CPR professional certification
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Ability to work independently with confidential information
