Registered Nurse responsible for safe patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within scope of practice, directs and guides patient/family teaching and nursing personnel activities while maintaining standards of care. Directly accountable for patient care given to assigned patients. Communicates with physicians regarding changes in patient condition, hemodynamic monitoring, diagnostic results, and abnormalities.

Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.

8‑16 weeks of new graduate orientation with an appointed preceptor (dependent on unit).

• Completing final semester of accredited ADN/BSN/MSN program within six months, or having graduated within last six months of program start.
• Valid Illinois RN license verified by the IDFPR website.
• BLS CPR card via American Heart Association.

Full‑time 12‑hr shifts: 5a‑5p / 5p‑5a.

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Previous acute‑care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. Estimated wages, benefits, and other compensation $35.35 to $53.58 per hour. Exact starting compensation determined at selection based on skillset, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
