Dedicated Reefer Team truck driver - Taylor Farms

Average pay: $1,530-$1,870 weekly

Home time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders

Reefer trailer hauling produce. 100% no-touch freight. 3-5 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load. Team configuration, nighttime driving may be required depending on shift. Drive within IL, IN, MI, MN, OH and PA. Take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus:
  Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Must be a formed team.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Chicago, IL, Denver, PA, Indianapolis, IN, Nazareth, PA or Pittsburgh, PA.
