What You’ll Gain:- Hands‑on experience in one of three paths:
Technician, Dealership Operations, or Collision Repair - Mentorship from industry professionals
- Real‑world skills and training to help you smoothly transition into civilian employment
- Active‑duty military, within 180 days of separation
- Command approval & expecting honorable discharge
- Drug‑free & able to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail, team mindset, and a willingness to learn
- Automotive/diesel experience is a plus (not required!)

- Commence Manufacturer Certifications at your assigned dealership
DEALERSHIP OPS TRACK:
- Learn areas like:
Customer service, Sales, Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Logistics, and more! - Work side‑by‑side with experienced professionals
COLLISION REPAIR TRACK:
- Learn bodywork basics
- Support certified techs
- Inspect, repair, and prep vehicles
- Understand compliance & safety standards
- Commence Manufacturer/I‑CAR Certifications at your assigned Collision Repair Center
