Are you an active-duty service member within 180 days of separation? Ready to jump‑start your civilian career in the automotive industry? Join Capital Automotive’s DOD‑approved Skillbridge Program and train with one of our award‑winning dealerships! We’re a veteran‑friendly, high‑performing team committed to your future success.

What You’ll Gain:
  • Hands‑on experience in one of three paths:
    Technician, Dealership Operations, or Collision Repair
  • Mentorship from industry professionals
  • Real‑world skills and training to help you smoothly transition into civilian employment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active‑duty military, within 180 days of separation
  • Command approval & expecting honorable discharge
  • Drug‑free & able to pass a background check
  • Strong attention to detail, team mindset, and a willingness to learn
  • Automotive/diesel experience is a plus (not required!)

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain clean, safe workspace
  • Commence Manufacturer Certifications at your assigned dealership

DEALERSHIP OPS TRACK:

  • Learn areas like:
    Customer service, Sales, Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Logistics, and more!
  • Work side‑by‑side with experienced professionals

COLLISION REPAIR TRACK:

  • Learn bodywork basics
  • Support certified techs
  • Inspect, repair, and prep vehicles
  • Understand compliance & safety standards
  • Commence Manufacturer/I‑CAR Certifications at your assigned Collision Repair Center
