Customer Service Representative
Kannapolis, NC
Part Time:
Starting at $11 per hour.
Must have open availability.
Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
Responsibilities- Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
- Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
- Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members
- Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
- Growth opportunities over 90% of our management team started as an entry level team member
- Competitive pay and schedule hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date
