Overview
Service engineer with a minimum of 8 years servicing CT/MRI medical imaging equipment. The engineer will provide tech support to team members and customers in the utilization of GE/Siemens products via phone, email, and site visits.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a complete CT/MRI equipment service manual database for Field Service Engineer and support team use.
- Develop and maintain MRI cryogen monitoring database for all magnets.
- Write and create technical reports based on service events and parts needed/used.
- Minimum of 8 years servicing CT/MRI medical imaging equipment.
- Ability to provide technical support to team members and customers using GE/Siemens products via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Experience developing and maintaining service manuals databases and MRI cryogen monitoring databases.
- Strong technical reporting skills for service events and parts usage.
