As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Charlotte Distribution Center inKannapolis, NC. Schedule: Split Shift:Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.from 7 AM to 5:30PMuntil the work is done:
- 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days)
- The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Starting at $20.75/hour

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Efficiency and Organization:
You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products - Safety First:
Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe - Communication and Care:

- Extreme Temperature:
Working in rotation through extreme temperatures(–10F to 100F) is requiredto keep our food safe! - Heavy Weights:
Reach, bend, and stoop whilelifting up to 65 pounds per caseduring most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance tomove up to 2,000 pounds. - Education:High School Diploma or GED
- Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
