Summary:

Tech Ryde is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Accountant with a strong background in corporate finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting processes, expertise in Quick Books, and in-depth knowledge of GST and TDS compliance. Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Quick Books
Also, manage and support US accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards and coordinating with international stakeholders
Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and end-to-end bookkeeping
Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS and PF compliance
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for compliance and reporting
Generate MIS reports, financial statements, and support management in decision-making
Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal financial controls
Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in accounting operations
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, statutory deductions, reimbursements, and timely salary disbursements while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Hands-on experience in DSC registration and management across TRACES, Income Tax, EPFO, and MCA portals.

Required Qualifications:

1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate/MNC environment
Strong hands-on experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Good command of written and spoken English
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus)
