Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Articled Assistant role based in Noida. The Articled Assistant will support audit and assurance engagements, including vouching, verification of records, documentation, and preparation of working papers under supervision. Daily responsibilities include assisting in bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, and supporting tax return preparation and filing for individuals and entities. The role involves helping with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, as well as maintaining organized files and records for clients and internal use.

The Articled Assistant will also conduct basic research on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters, prepare reports or summaries, and coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and client expectations. Training, guidance, and mentorship will be provided to help the candidate develop strong professional skills and practical knowledge.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing or enrolled for Chartered Accountancy (CA) articleship or an equivalent professional program, with a strong interest in audit, taxation, and accounting.
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and journal entries, with basic proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
Ability to learn and use accounting and tax software; familiarity with GST, income tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements is an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and interact professionally with clients.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discipline, with a willingness to take initiative, accept feedback, and adapt to a structured work environment.
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines, especially during peak compliance and audit periods.
Relevant academic background in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (e.g.,

B.Com or equivalent) is preferred.
