About the Role:
As a CS Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and training in corporate governance, compliance, and secretarial functions within the organization. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in Company Secretary responsibilities, including regulatory compliance, corporate administration, and stakeholder management. Trainees will receive certificates as per guidelines issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Governance & Compliance:
Assist in ensuring compliance with the Corporate Laws and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Support the preparation, review, and filing of required documents, annual returns, and filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Aid in drafting board resolutions, notices, and minutes of board and shareholder meetings.
2. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate sharing of information with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
3. Documentation & Record-Keeping:
Maintain and organize company records, statutory registers, and other essential documents.
Contribute to improving document management practices to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Advisory Support:
Work closely with senior team members to provide guidance on governance, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues.
Assist in assessing legal and compliance risks, providing recommendations, and suggesting corrective actions where needed.
Qualifications:
Must be pursuing or recently completed a Company Secretary course from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Familiarity with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other relevant legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
