Director of Advisory

Drive Advisory team’s growth by building trusted relationships with GCC and Advisory Leadership teams, ensuring GCC actively build integrated and high-performing teams.
Develop and implement the GCC l Advisory operating model in partnership with the Region, defining the balance between centralized and decentralized teams, and tracking progress against commercial KPIs.
Engage with other GCC functional leaders to influence and align critical cross-functional strategic decisions and ensure organizational coherence.
Develop and maintain a global network of ambassadors to advocate for GCC initiatives, share best practices and strengthen collaboration across company regions.
Drive the creation of Centers of Excellence within the GCC setting up operating platforms that promote innovation and best practices.
Actively identify opportunities for digital enablement across the Advisory function (e.g., proposal automation, digital delivery models) to improve efficiency and scalability.
Promote continuous improvement and collaboration between regions and GCC teams through structured engagement, team interactions, and performance reviews that elevate the GCC Advisory brand globally.
