Role Description  The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships. In this position, the individual will handle day-to-day client communication, understand client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, tracking account performance, addressing client queries, and resolving issues promptly.

The Client Servicing Executive will also support account planning, gather feedback, and contribute to strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage and grow client accounts effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address queries, resolve issues, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to oversee project execution, monitor performance, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Candidates should possess confident Presentations skills to communicate proposals, reports, and updates clearly to clients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Relevant experience in client servicing or account management; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
