Role Overview  We are seeking a dynamic and student-centric  Aviation Counselling & Grooming Instructor  who will be responsible for student counselling, personality development, professional grooming, and career guidance for aviation and hospitality aspirants. The role plays a critical part in student onboarding, retention, readiness, and placement success.

Key Responsibilities   Student Counselling & Admissions Support
Counsel prospective and enrolled students regarding aviation career paths, course selection, and progression
Support admissions and orientation activities in coordination with the marketing and academic teams
Address student concerns related to academics, discipline, confidence, and professional readiness
Maintain counselling records and student progress reports
Grooming & Personality Development
Deliver structured grooming sessions aligned with aviation and hospitality industry standards
Train students on professional appearance, body language, etiquette, communication skills, and confidence building
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation skills workshops
Prepare students for airline, airport, and corporate selection processes
Training & Academic Support
Assist faculty teams in student engagement and classroom discipline
Monitor attendance, participation, and behavioural standards
Coordinate remedial sessions and mentoring for weak or low-confidence students
Placement & Industry Readiness
Support placement preparation activities in coordination with the placement cell
Conduct resume-building and interview readiness sessions
Guide students on professional conduct during internships and interviews
Eligibility & Skills   Graduate / Post-Graduate (Aviation, Hospitality, Psychology, Education, or related fields preferred)
Prior experience in aviation grooming, student counselling, training, or hospitality is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a student-friendly approach
Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage diverse student groups
