Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Special Educator located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The Special Educator will be responsible for working closely with children with disabilities, planning and delivering customized learning programs tailored to individual needs. Their day-to-day tasks will include assessing students’ needs, collaborating with teachers and parents, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and helping students achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals.

The role also involves creating an inclusive classroom environment and ensuring all students feel supported in their educational journey.
Qualifications

Expertise in Special Education, including experience teaching children with disabilities
Proficient teaching skills, particularly in a middle school setting
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, students, and interdisciplinary teams
Patience, empathy, and a strong passion for working with diverse learning needs
Ability to develop customized lesson plans and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; relevant certifications are preferred
Experience in using adaptive learning technologies will be an advantage
