About the Role:

As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career goals. You will play a key role in driving admissions and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel and guide students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career options.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to provide information about courses and admission procedures.
Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments through effective communication and follow-up.
Maintain accurate student databases and track all interactions in CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Assist students with documentation, form-filling, and fee payment processes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Participate in webinars, counseling sessions, and promotional activities.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Psychology preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
Good command of English and Hindi (additional regional languages will be a plus).
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Prior experience in counseling, EdTech, or education sales is an added advantage.
