The Dean – Undergraduate Business School will provide strategic academic and administrative leadership, ensuring excellence in academics, student outcomes, industry engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead curriculum planning, academic quality, and continuous improvement for undergraduate business programs.
• Promote innovative teaching, experiential learning, industry integration, and student success initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UGC and accreditation requirements.
• Drive accreditation, rankings, assessment, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Strengthen faculty development and institutional collaborations.
Qualifications & Experience
• PhD or equivalent qualification from a reputed/premium institution is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, including at least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role.
• Strong track record in academic leadership, institutional development, and industry engagement.
