Role Overview
The Campus Admission Manager will be responsible for managing on-campus admission operations, counseling prospective students and parents, driving admission conversions, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills to achieve admission targets and enhance the overall admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Counseling
Lead front-office admissions activities and ensure a superior experience for prospective students and parents.
Counsel walk-in inquiries regarding programs, eligibility, scholarships, career opportunities, and the admission process.
Drive admission conversions by effectively engaging and guiding prospective students.
Monitor daily admission inquiries, applications, and enrollment pipelines.
Team Management
Supervise and mentor admission counselors, front-office executives, and support staff.
Allocate leads and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to improve team productivity.
Operations & Process Management
Ensure smooth execution of admission processes, documentation, application verification, and enrollment formalities.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and admission management systems.
Coordinate with academic, finance, marketing, and operations teams for seamless student onboarding.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, coaching institutes, and other stakeholders.
Represent the university during campus visits, admission events, seminars, and counseling sessions.
Address escalated admission-related queries and concerns professionally.
Reporting & Analytics
Track admission targets, conversion ratios, and counselor performance metrics.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports for leadership review.
Analyze trends and recommend strategies to improve enrollment outcomes.
