About the Role
Architecture & Design school is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Director – Corporate Resource Center (CRC) to strengthen our placement and industry engagement efforts. The CRC plays a vital role in shaping student careers through internships, projects, and final placements while building strong connections with the corporate world.

Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate partners to enhance student placement opportunities.
Establish and strengthen partnerships with leading corporates, MNCs, and reputed organizations.
Identify and engage new recruiters to expand the placement network across industries.
Identify, invite, and coordinate recruiters for campus placements and internship opportunities.
Collaborate with faculty to align placement activities with students’ academic background and career aspirations.
Guide and mentor students in interview preparation, resume building, and industry interactions.
Plan and execute industry-focused initiatives such as career fairs, workshops, recruitment drives, and guest lectures.

Qualifications and Requirements.

Master’s degree in a technical field or related; specialization in architecture & design preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in corporate relations, career services, or recruitment.
Candidates with prior experience from universities or from industry roles involving B2B relationship development will be strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of corporate hiring processes and industry trends.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and event management capabilities.
