English Communication Teacher

Integral Business School, Integral University, Lucknow, invites applications from dynamic, enthusiastic, and qualified professionals for the position of English Communication Teacher. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing students’ English language proficiency, communication skills, confidence, and professional presentation abilities, with a focus on preparing students for academic and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classes in English Communication, Spoken English and Professional Communication.

• Improving vocabulary of students and preparing them for interviews

• Conduct activities related to public speaking, presentations, group discussions, interviews and corporate communication.

• Design lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments and assessments.

• Provide individual feedback and mentoring to students.

• Help students improve their confidence, interpersonal skills and professional communication.

• Contribute to workshops, seminars and student-development initiatives.

Eligibility & Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in English, Communication, Linguistics or a relevant discipline.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage and motivate undergraduate and postgraduate students.

• Prior teaching/training experience will be preferred.

• Candidates with experience in soft-skills training, corporate communication, personality development or employability training will be an advantage.
