Accounts & Finance Executive

Role Description

· AP Booking and payments in SAP accounting system

· Support to sales team for creating customers,

· AFC Management

· Bank reconciliations,

· Funds management (Cash & Bank Balances)

· Preparation of payment templates on Bank's sites & coordination with bankers for best exchange rates

· Supporting in Monthly P&L & Balance Sheet to HQ

· Supporting in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST litigation documentation

· Supporting in Income tax assessment documentation

· Documentation/filing

· Liasioning with Govt. officials

· Financial Statement working as per IFRS (including group audit)

Qualifications
We are looking for minimum 2-5 Years of experience post graduation.
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills.
Candidates should possess experience in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for budgeting, variance analysis, and decision support.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and corporate taxation is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and manage deadlines in a structured environment.
