About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Controller to lead financial controllership, accounting, reporting, compliance and audit functions for a fast-growing business.
The role will require strong hands-on ownership of financial reporting, month-end closure, statutory compliance, internal controls and finance processes, along with the ability to work closely with senior management and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
Own P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and month-end closing.
Drive accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS.
Ensure compliance with Ind AS, CARO, ICFR, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, PF and Professional Tax.
Manage Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit and Limited Reviews.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.
Manage accounting controls, reconciliations, provisions and financial governance.
Handle tax/statutory matters and litigations.
Drive ERP implementation, finance automation and process improvements.
Partner with business teams to improve financial discipline, working capital and reporting.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
Required Experience & Skills
Chartered Accountant with 7–12 years of relevant experience.
Strong experience in financial accounting and controllership.
Strong understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Hands-on experience with month-end closure, audits and statutory compliances.
Strong Excel and ERP skills.
Experience in IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data centre, cloud or high-growth services is preferred.
Experience handling finance for a ■100+ Cr servicesbusiness or ■200+ Cr goods/business environment preferred.
Strong ownership, analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to improve finance processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.
