Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Senior Technical Support Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for addressing and resolving technical issues, offering exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proactively troubleshooting system errors. They will also analyze user feedback to identify trends and contribute to improving the overall quality of the platform.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
Demonstrated Analytical Skills for resolving technical issues and identifying patterns
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in fleet management, telematics, or related domains is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
