About Us:

-  Design My Dress Bharat is a leading manufacturer and supplier of school costumes, Krishna costumes, corporate uniforms, hospital uniforms, scrubs, lab coats, and customized apparel. We serve schools, hospitals, corporates, institutions, and retail customers across India through our website and various online marketplaces.

Role Overview :  We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, website management, and online merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace seller accounts.
Create and optimize product listings with proper titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
Monitor product rankings, pricing, and competitor activities.
Handle listing issues, suppression, and catalog-related queries.
Website Operations
Upload and manage products on the company website.
Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory are updated regularly.
Coordinate with the design team for banners, product images, and promotional content.
Order & Inventory Management
Process daily orders from all sales channels.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Maintain SKU-wise inventory records.
Advertising & Promotions
Assist in running Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and provide reports.
Plan promotional offers, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track sales performance, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
Analyze marketplace performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Customer Support
Respond to customer queries and marketplace tickets.
Handle returns, refunds, and replacement requests.
Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Myntra, Meesho, and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce SEO and product listing optimization.

Experience with Shopify, Woo Commerce, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Monthly online sales growth.
Listing quality and catalog accuracy.
Order fulfillment rate.
Inventory accuracy.
Return and cancellation percentage.
Advertising ROI.
Customer satisfaction ratings.
