Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Designer who can lead end-to-end design initiatives—from research and concept creation to high-fidelity UI, interaction design, prototyping, and stakeholder presentations. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with systems thinking and a passion for emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead UX and UI design for web, mobile, and interactive platforms.
Create user journeys, wireframes, design systems, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, 3D artists, and creative technologists.
Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Design immersive and interactive experiences for XR, virtual environments, and experiential projects.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
Maintain and evolve scalable design systems and brand consistency.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices.
Required Skills
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI and digital product design.
Expertise in Figma (mandatory).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience creating design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
Ability to create clickable prototypes and user flows.
Strong visual design, typography, and layout skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Good to Have

Experience with AR/VR/XR products.
Motion design skills (After Effects, Rive, Lottie).
Familiarity with WebGL, Three.js, or immersive interfaces.
Experience working with AI-powered products.
Understanding of front-end capabilities (HTML/CSS/React) for better collaboration.
