1) One Drive/SharePoint M365 Administrator/Engineer
Responsibilities

• Providing SharePoint support and end-user training

• Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss

• Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data

• Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences

• Partnering with peer teams to maintain network infrastructure, as well as supporting encryption, security zones, and firewalls

• Keeping up to date with Microsoft roadmaps and impacts to our global user base

• Performing migrations from legacy content management solutions such as NAS shares

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a One Drive/SharePoint Infrastructure Engineer

• Knowledge of M365 admin and reporting center

• Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Knowledge of scripting tools such as Power Shell

• Experience with document migration tools (AvePoint preferred)

• Knowledge of Purview (specific to One Drive/SharePoint) is preferred for at least one candidate
