Head of Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the university’s digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, student engagement, and admissions.
Manage performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website optimisation.
Supervise content, creative, and campaign execution across digital channels.
Monitor analytics, campaign performance, budgets, and ROI; present reports to senior leadership.
Coordinate with admissions, faculties, administration, and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team to ensure high performance and innovation.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in higher education.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, SEO, and Marketing Automation.
Proficient in analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
Hands-on experience with SEO and competitive intelligence tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
Proven ability to manage large marketing budgets, optimise ROI, and drive enrollment growth through data-driven strategies.
Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and agency coordination skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Moradabad.
