Data Center Engineer

Role Overview :
Managing Data Centre facility by interacting with different vendors
Support the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and overall upkeep infrastructure and systems
Liaising with third parties to maintain communication lines and data center infrastructure
Monitor technical progress, track project deliverables, and provide regular status updates.
Handle equipment procurement, returns, shipments, and overall inventory management.
Coordinate with local and remote teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure stable connectivity and operations.

Key Skill Requirements:
2-5 years of working experience in a Data Center environment (racking & stacking gear, cable management)
Deep understanding of data center installation and cabling standards
Knowledge of data center ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling)
Open to provide after-hours support as needed (must)
An understanding of networking and systems concepts (circuits, IP routing, consoles, networking)
Ability to work independently
