Website & Digital Operations Executive

Infoneo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive  1+ years of experience  Website & Digital Operations Executive  to manage the day-to-day operations of company and client websites, e-commerce platforms, blogs and web applications.
The person will coordinate with content, design, development, marketing and business teams to ensure that all digital platforms remain updated, accurate, engaging and commercially effective.

Key Responsibilities  Manage day-to-day operations of corporate, client and e-commerce websites.
Update website pages, banners, products, offers and content through CMS platforms.
Plan and execute monthly sales, festive campaigns, discount offers and promotional calendars.
Manage product listings, pricing, coupon codes, inventory status and merchandising on e-commerce websites.
Conduct regular website audits covering content, broken links, forms, navigation, responsiveness, SEO basics and user experience.
Coordinate resolution of website bugs and operational issues with developers, designers and hosting teams.
Manage the complete blog process, including topic planning, keyword coordination, content publishing, formatting, internal linking and image updates.
Maintain and update case studies, project portfolios, client success stories and service pages.
Prepare business presentations, sales decks, case-study decks and client-specific credentials.
Monitor website analytics, traffic, user behaviour, campaign performance and conversion-related indicators.
Test website forms, payment flow, checkout, email notifications and third-party integrations.
Manage website applications, plugins, licences, renewals, domains, SSL and other digital subscriptions.
Research competitor websites, industry trends and new ideas to improve content, engagement and conversions.
Coordinate with SEO, content, social media, design and development teams for timely execution.
Maintain a content calendar, website-update tracker and digital asset repository.
Ensure consistency of branding, messaging, images and information across all digital platforms.
Suggest new landing pages, promotional campaigns, website features and content opportunities.
Required Skills  Hands-on experience with Word Press or similar CMS platforms.
Understanding of e-commerce website operations;
Big Commerce, Shopify or Woo Commerce experience will be preferred.
Good knowledge of website content management, product listing and promotional campaign execution.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console and conversion tracking.
Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Ability to prepare professional presentations, case studies and business documents.
Good content sense, attention to detail and understanding of visual presentation.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple websites, priorities and deadlines.
Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Applications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
MBA or certification in digital marketing/e-commerce will be an advantage.
