Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced  Project Manager  with a strong  Engineering/STEM background  to manage end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of business and technical objectives.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with  Engineering, Technology, Product, Operations, Data, and Business teams  and should have strong project planning, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Own projects end-to-end, including  planning, execution, tracking, risk management, and closure .
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with  Engineering, Product, Technology, Operations, Data, QA, and Business teams  to drive project execution.
Track project performance through  KPIs, dashboards, MIS, status reports, and project metrics .
Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks and drive timely resolution and escalation.
Conduct regular project reviews and maintain  RAID logs, action trackers, project plans, and governance reports .
Manage multiple projects/work streams simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.
Support process improvement, automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
Prepare executive-level project updates and communicate progress, challenges, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.

Key Skills
Strong  Project/Program Management, Engineering Project Management, PMO Governance, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Management, Data Analysis, MIS & Dashboarding, Process Improvement, Resource Planning, and Executive Communication .

Experience with  Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies  and tools such as  Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, or similar project management and reporting platforms  will be preferred.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in  Engineering or STEM  is preferred.
5+ years of experience in  Project Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, PMO, Engineering Operations, or Technology Delivery .
Experience managing  cross-functional and technically oriented projects .
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data and project metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Lean Six Sigma  or similar certification is an added advantage.
