Position: (Automatic Data Processing) ADP Systems Administrator
About the Role
This role will own Salute's  ADP platform , covering both administration and project work as the company grows. This is  not a pure administrator role ; direct ADP development experience is required, along with a strong command of HR and payroll data.

Responsibilities
Administer and configure  ADP Workforce Now , and lead ADP-related project work as new requirements arise.
Support  onboarding and offboarding workflows  in Salute Hub.
Build and troubleshoot  ADP-to-Snowflake data feeds .
Manage  HR and payroll data accuracy and integrity  as headcount grows.

Qualifications
Strong proficiency in managing  HR data and ADP data specifically , not just general HRIS familiarity.
Direct  ADP development experience , in addition to administration of existing ADP systems. Administration experience alone is not sufficient.

Experience with  ADP Workforce Now configuration .
Strong attention to  data accuracy and compliance .
