Position: Senior Lead, Information Technology (IT) and System Support

The candidate should have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.

About You
You love all aspects of IT and are comfortable talking about WAPs, routers, and websites one minute, Microsoft Azure, SAP, and Salesforce the next, researching new technologies in the morning, and writing SOPs and meeting with developers in the afternoon.
You enjoy working with cross-functional teams to learn what their needs are and turn those needs into requirements and user stories/use cases.
You enjoy working with programmers to build out the project/feature release plan.
You are a team player and enjoy working with other IT professionals.
You work well in an open planned environment and see everyone as an equal, no matter what their responsibilities are.
You are flexible and adaptable and thrive in environments where each day is unlike the next.

What You’ll Do
You will be leading the IT department and the talented individuals that are part of the same. You will be responsible for providing management for the development and release of internal and external software projects and the management of system support and infrastructure operations.
