Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Project Manager  to lead Payments and Digital Platform initiatives within the travel and airline industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payment orchestration, digital customer experience, ancillary merchandising, customer self-service platforms, and end-to-end digital transformation programs while ensuring successful delivery of business objectives.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, payment ecosystem expertise, and experience coordinating multi-vendor technology programs across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage  Payment Orchestration  and  Digital Platform  work streams across multiple business and technology teams.
Coordinate implementation and integration of payment gateways, acquirers, alternative payment methods, and payment service providers.
Drive initiatives related to  PCI-DSS compliance , fraud prevention, payment security, settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback management.
Manage digital customer experience delivery across:

Web Platforms
Mobile Applications
Customer Self-Service Solutions
Digital Commerce Channels
Oversee ancillary merchandising initiatives including seats, baggage, upgrades, lounge access, and additional revenue-generating services.
Plan and govern end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Digital, Payments, Security, Architecture, Testing, and Operations.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party technology providers.
Lead digital release planning, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
Drive governance forums, steering committee updates, and executive project reporting.
Ensure successful transition to business operations and post-production support.

10+ years of project management experience delivering complex digital and payment transformation programs.

Digital Commerce Platforms
Proven experience delivering enterprise web and mobile application projects.

Experience with customer self-service and digital engagement platforms.
Strong understanding of agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience managing distributed teams across onsite and offshore locations.
Ability to manage multiple work streams, stakeholders, and vendors simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
