- Key Requirement
- Strong experience in Commvault Administration across On-Premises, Hybrid, and SaaS environments.
Experience in Backup Recovery & Media Services .
Install, configure, and support Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
Perform backup and restore operations for:
️ Virtual Machines ( VMware/Hyper-V )
File Systems
️ Microsoft SQL Server Databases
️ Oracle Databases
SAP Environments
Work on Problem Management tickets and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Sev-1 incidents within SLA timelines.
Participate in a 24x7 support environment and on-call activities as required.
Technical Skills Required
Backup & Recovery
Strong hands-on experience in Commvault Backup & Recovery Administration .
Expertise in backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
Experience with Backup Recovery & Media Services .
Sound understanding of backup architecture, retention policies, and recovery strategies.
Storage Administration
Hands-on experience with Dell ME Power Vault Storage .
Strong knowledge of storage administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Operating Systems & Virtualization
Experience in Windows Server Administration .
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies:
VMware
Microsoft Hyper-V
Automation & Scripting
Experience in scripting and automation to enhance backup operations and operational efficiency
