Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic  CDP Specialist - II (JR)  with a basic understanding of  SQL, customer data, and marketing concepts . The candidate will work with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to support customer data ingestion, audience creation, segmentation, activation, and basic data analysis.

This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in  CDP, customer data, and digital marketing technology .

Key Responsibilities

Support data ingestion and integration into the Customer Data Platform.
Assist in creating and managing customer audiences and segments based on business requirements.
Write basic SQL queries for data validation, filtering, analysis, and troubleshooting.
Understand customer attributes, behavioural data, transactional data, and marketing data.
Support audience activation to marketing and advertising platforms.
Perform basic data quality checks and validate audience counts.
Assist in troubleshooting data and audience-related issues.
Work with marketing and business teams to understand campaign and segmentation requirements.
Maintain documentation related to audience logic, data mappings, and workflows.
Support testing and validation of CDP use cases.
Learn and follow customer data privacy and governance practices.
Collaborate with senior CDP developers, analysts, and solution architects.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of  SQL , including: SELECT statements ,WHERE conditions ,JOINs ,GROUP BY, Aggregate functions, Basic subqueries
Basic understanding of databases and customer data.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn CDP and Mar Tech platforms.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Marketing Technology, or a related field.

Fresh graduates with relevant SQL, data or marketing knowledge are encouraged to apply.
