Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced EHS professional to lead global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Compliance, and Governance initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving sustainability programs, managing audits, strengthening governance frameworks, and leading continuous improvement initiatives across global locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and strengthen the global EHS management system across all locations.
Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, health, safety, fire, and building regulations.
Drive ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 compliance, audits, certifications, and continuous improvements.
Manage internal and external audits, track corrective actions, and ensure audit readiness.
Support and execute sustainability and ESG initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and carbon footprint management.
Lead EHS digitalization, process standardization, automation, and transformation projects.
Establish governance frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and monitor compliance controls.
Oversee compliance calendars, permits, inspections, and regulatory submissions across locations.
Partner with Facilities, HR, Security, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to drive compliance and safety objectives.
Deliver training programs, emergency drills, awareness campaigns, and best-practice initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the EHS team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Lead Auditor certification for ISO 14001/45001/50001 preferred.
NEBOSH, IOSH, Diploma in Industrial Safety, or equivalent certification preferred.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong blend of EHS leadership, compliance management, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement in a multi-location environment.
