Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Project & Program Management

As a  Project Manager  at Biz2X, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of complex, enterprise-scale lending platform projects for banks and NBFCs in India and international markets.

This is a high-impact role combining strategic oversight and execution. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful and timely project delivery aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle delivery of Biz2X SaaS lending implementations across large-scale financial institutions.
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks.
Run project governance structures—Steering Committees, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams of 15+ members including BAs, Solution Architects, Engineers, and QAs.
Align delivery efforts with contractual obligations, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
Track delivery KPIs and report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
Coach and mentor delivery team members to uphold best practices and excellence.
Oversee third-party vendors involved in project execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives—methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks.
