Production Planning Control

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s operational performance indicators by ensuring effective production planning and scheduling. To achieve this, the candidate will develop and manage efficient planning processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and proactively incorporate demand forecasts, capacity data, and business trends into production plans to support on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization.

Responsibilities :

- Plan operations to align with organizational goals and business strategy.
Track progress against baseline; identify delays and drive corrective actions.
Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.
Prepare and maintain operational statements, dashboards, and KPIs.
Analyze data to improve forecast accuracy and planning reliability.
Conduct scenario planning for risks and recommend contingency plans.
Generate production and inventory reports for management decisions.
Set long-term goals for central planning and streamline processes.
Ensure departmental initiatives align with the company’s strategic vision.

Qualification :

- Diploma/B.Tech
6+ years' of Production Planning experience
Strong verbal or written communication skills
