UAV Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong skills in sensor fusion, mathematics, and statistics to join our research team at IIT Kanpur. The role involves developing advanced algorithms for real-world sensing and estimation problems, with applications spanning robotics, autonomous systems, and intelligent signal processing.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sensor fusion algorithms for real-world applications.
Apply rigorous mathematical and statistical methods to analyze, process, and model sensor data.
Work with MATLAB and Python for simulation, prototyping, and validation of algorithms.
Collaborate with a team of researchers and contribute to cutting-edge projects in electrical engineering.
Approach open-ended problems with creativity and critical thinking.

Requirements:
Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics.
Solid understanding of sensor fusion techniques (e.g., Kalman filters, Bayesian methods, state estimation).
Proficiency in MATLAB / Python.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Open-minded, curious, and motivated to tackle real-world challenges.

Selection will be based on an interview on these topics, particularly mathematics and Kalman filters.

This position involves both research and development, with a starting salary of at least INR 50000/- per month. The salary may be higher depending on experience and expertise.
