Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Junior Engineer to take full charge of all finishing works, including roof waterproofing, plaster, flooring, toilet renovation, electrical & plumbing coordination, MS door/window repair, furnishing, and landscaping.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in institutional or commercial building projects and be able to lead site execution independently, ensuring timely delivery and top-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil & Finishing Works Supervision:
Internal & external plastering

Roof mud phaska and thermal insulation

Flooring work (tiles, stone, IPS, cement finish)

Toilet renovation – tile fixing, sanitaryware, and CP fittings

Fixing and finishing of false ceiling, partitions, doors, windows

Waterproofing for roof, toilets, and water storage areas

Painting & Polishing:
Interior & exterior wall painting (putty, primer, emulsion, texture)

Enamel/epoxy painting for grills, gates, doors, railings

Polish/paint on wooden and MS joinery

⚡ Electrical & MEP Coordination:
Wiring, conduit laying, light fixtures, DB panel installation

Switches, sockets, fans, exhausts, etc.

Coordination of earthing, lightning arrestors

Basic support for CCTV and solar setup (if applicable)

Supervision of electric welding for repairing:

MS doors, windows, gates, and locks

Plumbing & Sanitation:
Toilet fittings: WC, urinals, basins, flush tanks, taps, showers

Water line, drainage, manhole, and sewer line supervision

Water tanks, soak pit, floor traps, gully traps installation

Leakage testing and slope checking for pipelines

Landscaping & External Development:
Lawn development, tree plantation, irrigation systems

Fencing, gate alignment, outdoor lighting, external signage

Cleaning, leveling, and final touch-up of external grounds

Furnishing & Interior Items:
Installation of school furniture, whiteboards, smart class items

Soft board fixing, classroom setup as per layout

Repair & alignment of benches, desks, cupboards

Documentation & Coordination:
Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and site logbooks

Coordinate with vendors, masons, painters, electricians, and labor teams

Quality control checklists and punch list preparation

Regular coordination with architects, consultants & project heads

Assist in BOQ preparation and material consumption tracking

Final Handover Preparation:
Site cleaning, waste removal, and touch-up work

Ensure all systems (electrical, plumbing) are functional

Handover files with before/after photos and checklists

✅ Desired Candidate Profile :
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field

3–10 years of site supervision experience in building finishing works

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural & MEP drawings

Leadership skills to handle multi-skilled labor & vendor teams

Familiarity with MS Office, Whats App reporting, and basic AutoCAD is a plus
