The Warehouse Operations Specialist at Farm Didi will manage day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe handling of goods. This full-time, on-site role based in the Noida Division includes receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch. The specialist will handle material movement within the warehouse, support timely loading and unloading, and maintain clean, organized storage areas.

Responsibilities also include updating inventory records, coordinating with operations and logistics teams, and supporting periodic stock checks and audits. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards aligned with food handling and company policies.

Qualifications
Strong inventory control and warehouse operations skills, including stock management, order processing, and basic documentation.

Experience with material handling and, if applicable, safe forklift operation or other warehouse equipment.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and logistics partners.
Ability to follow safety, hygiene, and quality protocols, especially in a food-related environment.
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain roles is preferred.
Basic computer literacy for using inventory or warehouse management systems.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
Relevant vocational training or a diploma/degree in operations, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
