We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support the day-to-day management of a large corporate credit card program. This position will oversee card administration, account reconciliation, reporting, compliance, fraud and risk monitoring, training, and auditing.
This role works closely with employees, management, and departments across the organization and is responsible for helping safeguard company assets while ensuring compliance with corporate card policies and accounting procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the Corporate Credit Card Program
.Work directly with cardholders and management to resolve issues and provide guidance and training.
Set up card programs for new divisions and process corporate card applications for new users.
Ensure corporate card accounts are properly reconciled and current
.Respond to cardholder questions and resolve account-related issues.
Audit card transactions for compliance with corporate policies, including fraud and risk analysis
.Review account coding and make necessary corrections or revisions.
Develop and maintain monthly and ad hoc reporting
.Maintain company-specific information within the expense reporting system, including cost centers and general ledger accounts.
Maintain and update corporate card policies and procedures.
Assist management with confidential issues and resolutions.
Provide additional accounting and Accounts Payable support as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
.2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
.At least 1 year of Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, and Accounts Payable experience
.SAP experience preferred
.Experience working with ERP systems and desktop applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management and project management skills.
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
.Ability to communicate effective with employees, customers, and vendors at various levels of an organization.
Strong background in corporate or purchasing card administration
.Experience with
Accounts Payable and account reconciliation
.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and internal controls.
Comfortable analyzing transactions for potential compliance, fraud, and risk concerns.
Able to handle a high level of interaction with cardholders throughout an organization.
Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader accounting team.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
