Global Operations Center Technician

Epic – Madison, WI (relocation assistance available)

As an Operations Center Technician, you’ll help maintain business continuity across Epic’s global campuses by monitoring real‑time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations. You’ll identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinating emergency responses when disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages occur. Working closely with internal teams and emergency services, you’ll ensure a safe environment and help restore normal operations quickly and effectively.

Respond to emergencies and coordinate with internal teams and emergency services.

Maintain building operations and support business continuity.

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
