• The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading efforts related to Company Health outstanding invoicing process and collection efforts.
• The Analyst will lead weekly check-ins in partnership with the Customer Success Managers to ensure invoice accuracy, monitoring payments and tracking action items.
• The Business Analyst will also be responsible for process improvement, understanding various tools and systems and outlining core pain points impacting the Customer base.
• The Business Analyst will lead work streams and Customer conversations to address root cause issues and end to end process flow to ensure invoices are addressed and Customer experience is improved.

• Program Management, Process Improvement, Collections/Health Care experience preferred

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $23.00 - $25.00/hr
. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
